My writing journey began in 2001 when, at just 13 years old, I became a columnist for the Oklahoma City Herald. Little did I know that my passion for writing would lead me to a fulfilling career. After studying Broadcast Journalism at Langston University, I continued to explore opportunities in writing and communications. In 2016, I took the plunge into a freelance writing career.

Specializing in wellness and lifestyle content, I bring a unique perspective to my work. I am especially passionate about using my platform to raise awareness about alcohol addiction and share my personal journey to sobriety.
